Major functions:

  • Develop, manage and implement the Mexican marketing plan, working closely with Corporate Product &    
         Marketing teams and Mexican Sales team.
  • Develop relationships with media partners and negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Contribute pro-actively to the overall development of the B2C business through ideas and creativity based
          in solid market and sector knowledge.
  • Monitor consumer, industry and competitive behavior in the Mexican market and provide local market expertise
          to the corporate team.
  • Implement marketing programs encompassing a combination of marketing tactics including direct marketing,
          affiliate marketing, online/offline advertising and promotions.
  • Manage day-to-day set up and optimization of online media campaigns (SEM, affiliate programs, blogs, ad
          networks, etc.).
  • Provide in-depth analysis on marketing campaign performance and optimize/grow results based on learning;
          metrics will be reviewed daily and online marketing managers will present their analysis and findings monthly
          to management.
  • Work cross-functionally with production, creative, product management, and technology teams to execute
          business objectives and enhance user acquisition efforts.
  • Develop all sorts of marketing techniques to retain our users and increase their stickness to our brand.
  • Experience:

  • Extensive marketing experience in the Mexican market, some business-to-consumer marketing experience
          would be a plus.
  • 2/3 year Internet, online services/media industry experience would be a must.
  • Understanding of the search, online advertising, or web publishing markets.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding and highly creative marketing achievements with limited budgets.
  • A proven, successful track record of increasing company revenue and awareness through well-executed
          marketing efforts.
  • Thorough knowledge of off/online advertising planning, tracking and reporting
  • Marketing Analytics experience. Experience with analysis of marketing metrics, quantitative evaluations of
          planned and completed marketing efforts, establishing media test methodologies, and analyzing test results.
  • Skills and Abilities:

  • University Degree
  • MBA or any Master is an advantage
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Motivated and creative with the ability to self-manage.
  • Strong negotiation and budget management skills.
  • Project management skills and the ability to multi-task across projects and products.
  • Team player able to work on multi-part projects with multiple teams and able to ensure that local and global
          project deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Self starter, excellent prioritizing capacity results driven, passionate about making Buongiorno a leader in this
          space.
